You further agree that you are at least 18 years of age or older and you understand and agree that BrandMeds.com is only accepting orders for prescription medication on behalf of licensed international pharmacies that may not require a prescription. BrandMeds.com  acts on your behalf in order for you to obtain legal prescription drug medications as prescribed by your physician, from overseas pharmacies that are working with BrandMeds.com. You further agree that BrandMeds.com will, at no time, offer you or your representatives in any way medical advice or medical diagnosis. BrandMeds.com reserves the right to cancel or deny, at any time this service. Cancellations
If the buyer wants to cancel or change an order after payment has been processed but before the goods have been shipped, it is subject to a 7% charge on credit cards.
